European Delivery
Nordic Heaven Ltd delivers selected outdoor wellness products, including outdoor saunas, hot tubs, outdoor showers and accessories, to selected European destinations.
Due to the size, weight and specialist nature of many of our products, orders may be delivered using specialist freight rather than standard parcel delivery.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs depend on the product and destination. Where free delivery is offered, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page or during checkout.
For certain products, destinations, remote areas or islands, additional delivery charges may apply. Where an additional delivery charge is required, we will inform you before your order is processed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product, availability, production requirements, configuration and destination.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed on the relevant product page where available. Made-to-order or customised products may require additional production time before dispatch.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will keep you informed of its progress and provide further delivery information when available.
Access & Unloading
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location has suitable access for the vehicle required to deliver the order.
Due to the size and weight of certain products, additional unloading equipment or assistance may be required. Delivery and unloading requirements can vary depending on the product and destination.

Delivery Inspection
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible following delivery.
If you notice visible damage, missing items or any other delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number together with photographs or videos where appropriate.

For deliveries within the European Union, any applicable taxes, duties or other charges will be handled in accordance with the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.
If any additional charges may apply to your particular destination or order, we will inform you where appropriate.
