To maintain the appearance of your sauna, we recommend regularly inspecting the exterior timber and applying a suitable outdoor wood treatment when required. Keep the interior clean and allow the sauna to ventilate and dry after use.

Returns

Due to the size and nature of our saunas, returns must be arranged with us in advance. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or return an order. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
